The Management has found that the ideal strategy for projects is to put in place an imprest account from which bills are settled. The Company in turn produces one bill which is forwarded to the Project Manager who approves it and reimburses the imprest by paying the bill. This speeds up the supply chain and reduces costs and the complexities associated with payments.
